1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between nos4d ("we", "us", "our", "the Company", "nos4d") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who accesses, registers an account on, or otherwise makes use of the nos4d online gaming platform, accessible at https://nos4d.asia and any related subdomains, mobile interfaces, or applications operated by the Company.

nos4d is an online casino and sports betting platform operated for the entertainment of adult players. The platform offers a range of gaming products including, but not limited to, live casino table games, video slot games, sports betting markets, lottery and 4D-style draws, and instant win games.

By accessing the nos4d platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. 2 Definitions

• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, or other incentive issued to a Player by nos4d under specific promotional terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures required to confirm a Player's identity, age, and the source of deposited funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before any winnings derived from it become eligible for withdrawal.
• "MYR" / "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the currency of Malaysia, which is the primary currency accepted on the nos4d Platform.
• "Self-Exclusion" means a voluntary restriction mechanism available to Players whereby access to the Platform is suspended for a defined or indefinite period.
• "Restricted Territory" means any jurisdiction where accessing online gaming platforms of this nature is prohibited by applicable law.

3 Account Eligibility

Access to and use of the nos4d Platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. You may only register an Account and use the Platform if you satisfy all of the following conditions:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. The minimum age for participation in casino-style gaming and sports betting on nos4d is 21 years old. nos4d strictly prohibits access by minors.
2. You are registering and accessing the Platform for your personal use and entertainment only, and not on behalf of any third party.
3. You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Restricted Territory where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
4. You have not been previously self-excluded from the nos4d Platform, or from any other online gaming platform to which a mutual exclusion agreement applies, without such exclusion having formally expired.
5. You are not acting in a professional capacity for the purpose of systematically exploiting the Platform, its odds, or its bonus structures.
6. You are of sound mind and are not acting under duress or the influence of substances that impair your capacity to make informed decisions.

4 Account Registration & KYC

To access the full range of nos4d services, you are required to register a Player Account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number.

4.1 One Account Policy

Each individual Player is permitted to hold only one registered Account with nos4d. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds contained therein, pending investigation.

4.2 KYC Verification Requirements

nos4d reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any time, and such verification is mandatory prior to processing withdrawal requests. Acceptable KYC documents may include, but are not limited to, a copy of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad), passport, or other government-issued identification, together with proof of residential address not older than three months.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account access with any third party. nos4d will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where the Player has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their login information. You must notify nos4d immediately upon becoming aware of any suspected unauthorised use of your Account.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the nos4d Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). nos4d supports a range of local Malaysian payment channels to facilitate convenient and secure deposits and withdrawals.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

nos4d currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved channels: DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, and Hong Leong Connect. The availability of specific payment channels may vary and is subject to change at nos4d's discretion.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is RM50 per transaction unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. nos4d reserves the right to amend minimum deposit thresholds with reasonable prior notice.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted by fully KYC-verified Players are ordinarily processed within five (5) minutes. Withdrawals from accounts that have not completed KYC verification will be held until verification is complete. nos4d reserves the right to conduct additional due diligence checks prior to processing any withdrawal where it deems it necessary to do so.

5.4 Source of Funds

By depositing funds to your Account, you confirm that the funds are derived from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any unlawful activity. nos4d operates strict anti-money laundering (AML) procedures and may request supporting documentation evidencing the source of deposited funds at any time.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

nos4d may from time to time offer Bonuses and promotions to eligible Players. All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be communicated alongside the relevant offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion terms, Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings derived from Bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in each promotion's terms.

6.2 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses that are not utilised within the specified validity period will automatically expire and be removed from the Player's Account without further notice. nos4d will not reinstate expired Bonuses.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

nos4d employs automated and manual systems to detect Bonus abuse, including but not limited to: coordinated wagering patterns, hedging strategies designed to eliminate risk while meeting wagering requirements, and the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion. Any Player found to be engaging in Bonus abuse will have their Bonus and associated winnings forfeited and their Account may be suspended.

6.4 Loyalty Programme

Points accumulated under the nos4d Loyalty Programme are non-transferable and have no monetary value. nos4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Loyalty Programme at its discretion with reasonable notice to Players.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the nos4d Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be subject to legal action:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during Account registration or KYC verification;
• Registering or operating more than one Account;
• Using any automated system, bot, script, or third-party software to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or cooperative play designed to manipulate game outcomes or odds;
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or glitches in the Platform's games or systems;
• Using funds obtained through fraudulent means, including stolen payment credentials or chargeback fraud, to make deposits;
• Allowing a third party to operate your Account, or operating an Account on behalf of another person;
• Any conduct that nos4d, in its reasonable discretion, considers to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or to other Players;
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory.

8 Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the nos4d Platform, including but not limited to its software, visual design, graphics, user interface, trade marks, brand name, and all content made available through the Platform, are owned by or licensed to the Company. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in the intellectual property of nos4d or its licensors other than the limited right to access and use the Platform in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, or otherwise exploit any intellectual property contained within the nos4d Platform for any commercial or non-personal purpose without the prior written consent of the Company.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nos4d, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or anticipated gaming revenue;
• Loss of data or Account information;
• Interruption or disruption to Platform services;
• Errors in game outcomes caused by technical malfunction;
• Losses arising from unauthorised Account access where the Player has failed to take reasonable security precautions.

nos4d's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the relevant claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude nos4d's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

10 Responsible Gambling

nos4d is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and providing a safe gaming environment. We strongly encourage all Players to treat gambling as a form of entertainment and to set personal limits on their gambling activity.

nos4d provides the following responsible gambling tools, accessible within every Player Account at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure notifications that alert them when they have been active on the Platform for a specified period.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may voluntarily exclude themselves from the Platform for a defined period (minimum 30 days) or on a permanent basis. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours.
• Reality Checks: Players may enable periodic in-session notifications displaying their current session duration and net gaming activity.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

nos4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account at its discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• There is a reasonable suspicion of breach of these Terms;
• A Player has provided false or fraudulent information;
• A Player is found to have engaged in any form of prohibited conduct as described in Section 7;
• A Player has initiated an unwarranted chargeback or payment dispute;
• Regulatory requirements, licensing obligations, or anti-money laundering obligations necessitate Account closure.

11.1 Voluntary Closure

Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting nos4d's customer support team at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining Account balance will be processed for withdrawal subject to completion of applicable KYC verification and provided no outstanding investigations are pending.

11.2 Effect of Closure

Upon Account closure — whether voluntary or imposed by nos4d — any unused Bonus funds or pending Bonus wagering progress will be forfeited immediately. Real-money Account balances will be returned to the Player subject to the conditions above.

12 Amendments to These Terms

nos4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, nos4d will endeavour to provide Players with at least fourteen (14) days' prior notice via the registered email address associated with the Player's Account or through a prominent notice published on the Platform.

Your continued use of the nos4d Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date of the amendment.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the nos4d Platform, the parties agree to first seek resolution through direct negotiation and good-faith communication.

nos4d's decisions in relation to all aspects of its Platform operations, including but not limited to game outcomes, Bonus eligibility, Account status, and withdrawal processing, are final and binding unless the Player can demonstrate a clear and demonstrable error on the part of the Company.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent a Player from exercising any rights they may have under mandatory consumer protection legislation applicable in their jurisdiction.
